The Society presented its "History In The Park" event on Saturday, September 23rd, 2017, in Key Park. Local actors portrayed seven historic Macon County residents in round-robin fashion. More information and the NCTC video interviews are available by following the link below.

Macon County Welcome Center - Lafayette, TN
Quiltmaking in Macon County was a free seminar presented by Sandy Staebell, Associate Professor in Library Special Collections at Western Kentucky University.

Macon County Welcome Center - Lafayette, TN
Grave Dowsing was a free seminar presented by Marshall Veach at the Macon County Welcome Center. The presentation was followed by a practical demonstration at the Old City Cemetery.
